Brisbane Film Feast

Curiously minded? Get to know the Australian food system over a pint and a plate at the pictures as part of Brisbane’s inaugural Brisbane Film Feast.

Kicking off with a screening of 4 documentaries from both Australia and overseas, Brisbane Film Feast brings together food and film to kickstart conversations about how we as consumers can help build a more sustainable food future.

Bring your own blanket, enjoy the river view and take home a FREE goodie pack to get you started on your journey. And if it takes more than that to pry you from your house on a Saturday afternoon, we’ll be cracking open a heap of healthy and delicious food stalls to boot.

Alongside shining a spotlight on some of the underlying problems in our food system, Brisbane Film Feast will offer up valuable take-home ideas to inform your eating habits and help you take a step forward in building a more sustainable food future for Australia.

Who are we?
Brisbane Film Feast is brought to you by Brisbane Youth Food Movement – the first sprout of YFM Australia – a national volunteer-led organisation that aims to build the skills, knowledge and experience young people have around food.

When | Saturday 15th August 2015 2pm – 8.30pm
