Calling all writers

YFM is recruiting | Calling all writers.

YFM are on the lookout for a small crew of energetic writers/content curators who love all things food and are keen to volunteer their time.If you love to write, can sniff out a succulent lead, know the texture of a good story, and have the editing skills needed to slice and dice-up online content, we want to hear from you.  If you're excited about enhancing the food knowledge and skills of young Australians, even better. You need not have worked as a writer but we’re looking for people with confidence and a clear voice.YFM National is growing a communications project team and there are currently three Sydney-based* positions up for grabs:

• Content Curator – create an engaging, varied content calendar drawing on Australian and global food/agri themes that are relevant and accessible to our audience. You should feel comfortable creating and meeting deadlines, and be both a doer and delegator. Approx. time required for role: 4-6 h/wk
• Writer I – You can dive in and out of food-related topics with ease. You are passionate about writing, learning, and translating that knowledge into clear action-based blog posts. Approx. time needed for 2 blog posts per month
• Writer II - You are equally as passionate about writing, learning and translating knowledge into clear calls-to-action but might have a little less time than Writer I. Approx time needed for 1 blog post per month.
